      Avoid - 3 redundancies, no safety

      N/A - any benefit outdone by the risks

      Cons

      After 3 redundancy rounds so far where USA staff are just let go and UK/EU staff only get something due to redundancy laws after being told after the last round "we don't see this happening again soon" only to happen weeks later. Do not trust this company with your career. You're expendable immediately at any time. They're hiring immediately after laying of 95% of their UK staff but only away from the UK. It's shady and untrustworthy.

      - Leadership team is just friends of CEO - Culture isn't what its cracked up to be - Some leaders cannot lead - Constant changing lanes of company direction - Job security - NO office = no team chemistry
