Interesting work, fantastic team and open flexible company culture

- The best thing for me about working at M-Brain is our team. We are fortunate enough to be working with fantastic knowledgeable people who trust each other and work very well collaboratively in order to support our clients market intelligence needs - I also love the variety of work and knowing that what we do has a major impact in our clients' strategy work - During covid and in face of major challenges, the UK management team demonstrated a deep level of empathy towards everyone in the team and provided support where needed. - Last but not least I feel that the management team encourages everyone in the advisory and sales team to have a say into the strategy process. We as a team want to get involved as we see the outputs of our contribution in action which I personally find incredibly rewarding
Cons
No company is perfect but I was shocked to see the negative reviews on here. I don't want to dismiss them, but I honestly believe they do not represent my situation and the situation of the majority of my colleagues. Of course there are few things that could be better at M-Brain when it comes to some processes that could be smoother and leaner. Also additional resource in certain parts of the business would definitely be welcome.
