      A great company to work for

      Pros

      I have been part of the company for more than 4 months and so far it has been fantastic. I enjoy the low-ego that everyone shares. Everyone is supportive and keen to share their knowledge with the others.

      Cons

      It is not a cons for me as I was looking for a fully remote role; but it can be for anyone who may prefer the human interaction outside Teams.

      Lots of challenges and work that make your day fly by. You are empowered to do anything within your domain with no restrictions. Fantastic collaboration with other teams. No!! Blame culture. Best remote culture.

      similar to any other software company these days, nothing special

      got fired for reporting multiple issues within my team, basically manager was afraid to lose his job and blamed everything on me
