Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. It's difficult to hear that you are not feeling valued and that we are falling short in your eyes. It may not seem this way to you now, but I assure you that “doing the right thing” is absolutely a fundamental and non-negotiable core value at MATRIX. Profits are great, but we don’t value them over relationships or people. That will never change.
Your advice about more direct conversations with employees (instead of management), and finding ways to foster growth among team members has been heard. Ultimately, our ability to meet the needs of our customers starts with meeting the needs of all of our employees – we understand that.
To address one specific point, MATRIX in no way condones any violation of company policies nor of city, state and Federal laws. If any employee believes these types of situations have occurred, then they should bring them to the attention of a direct manager, Human Resources, or to any other company leader. We take these matters very seriously, but can only investigate and take appropriate action if we are made aware of the policies being overlooked and/or laws being broken. To that end, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly. If you read this reply, please stop by my office or call, email or text me to set-up a time to talk.
Thanks again for your feedback and for your ongoing contributions.
