• Coffee machine around factory. • Team dynamic. • Relaxed management styles — although this was changing prior to me leaving. • Plenty of overtime available depending on the state of the aerospace market.

Cons

• Once you start there you're forgotten: I was working towards achieving my first class degree in mechanical engineering whilst I was employed there. I was asked about this once; nor was I spoken to about career progression. • No integrity in the management team: The management team gossip and talk behind each others backs on a regular basis. This became quite irritating after a while and was damaging to morale.
