      Keeps afloat only because it’s being pumped money from the government sector.

      Pros

      If you want to have a secure job without much pressure and sit your pants while doing tasks no end user will care about, you definitely have it here.

      Cons

      There aren’t really any promotions going on, the company values are stuck in mid-80’s, and compensation, while adequate, isn’t something to talk about positively with anyone when honest.

      - You can meet and work with high qualified professionals - Possibility to research while working on daily tasks - Flexible working hours - You can get a lot of experience

      Cons

      - Soviet type of management (i.e. no management at all) - Not a market driven company - Some people are sitting and doing nothing while the others are working hard
