- To many politics - Very old fashion way of working - The teams are not well structured - No Career Opportunities - There are team leaders with no competences for their role.

Free fruit and coffee. Close to Alexanderplatz

Cons

There are some good people in the company but it feels like the upper management is very corrupted. If you are friend of anybody up high in the company you'll be fine. If not, be prepared to be part of a project with no future or any kind of projection. Lack of vision or motivation within the team.
