      - Dishonest hiring practices - No benefits - Hire all employees under strict probation period but do not notify them of that until they have begun the job - Misleading job descriptions

      Smart people trying to do good work.

      Cons

      No one reigned in a top performing Principal who drove the project team WAY too hard, was hot-headed, dressed team members down and then gossiped about them. After working extremely hard and delivering results above and beyond all expectations, no one said thank you.
