      Good for starting, but not so good in the long run

      Pros

      The working hours are quite relaxed, allowing a good level of flexibility and a decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and lack of employee focus . Management is often unqualified or ineffective, and employee benefits are minimal to non-existent. While employee feedback is requested, it rarely leads to any meaningful change. Leadership seems more concerned with maximizing output at minimal cost rather than creating a healthy, motivating workplace. Many employees share the same recurring frustrations, which are consistently ignored.
