Pros

Look for better companies to work for.

Cons

They´ve issued a contractor agreement which stated you need to give a month notice if you leave and they do the same if they terminate your contract. After 1 year of employment and some "restructuring", me and other 6 people got fired with immediate effect. They didn´t even follow their own rules of the contract. Nobody helped to get in touch with HR. They close your email and Slack accounts on the same day and you´re done, they just get rid of you.
