      Great leadership and an overall great company, They pay well and show appreciation to their employees. The communication is good and they make you feel like you're part of a team,

      Cons

      The only con is that they do not offer quite as much vacation time as other companies.

      - As a contractor you don't get to spend a lot of time connecting with the Miracorp team you're mostly with your agency
