Pros
Company offers good benefits and a good work life balance. They offer company parties and events which is nice. Some people that work there honestly have a good work ethic and do good things.
Cons
The CEO avoids all matters of internal conflict and allows two management personnel who have no idea what they are doing to do whatever they want to others including scheming to have people fired and destroying the company in the process. The work environment is extremely hostile specifically with these maangers and somebody really needs to look into these hostile and incompetent people and have them terminated or the company doesn't stand a chance. Other management employees are setup for failure with impossible requests to deliver upon without proper resources being provided to do so.
