      Enjoyable work and team, but lack of management support

      Pros

      I liked the work and the job itself. It wasn’t hard and I enjoyed my team as people.

      Cons

      Upper management was very hands off and said one thing but did another. Upper management was only around if something serious happened and you had to figure it out on your own otherwise.

      Not consistent with employees across the board. Example, some can work from home and some can’t even if their jobs would allow it
