      Pros

      The Bangalore office is at a convenient location. Focus on collaborative way of working and not over emphasising on processes (alone). Projects and products span across multiple technology stack, and each person is encouraged to diversify knowledge on technology stacks. Option for each person to work from his chosen location for 15 days every year (Flex Anywhere).

      Cons

      No canteen facility, so staff needs to bring food from home or rely on restaurants which are not in the campus/building.

      -there have been a lot of changes over the years, you need to be adaptable and grow with the business to embrace the change and use it to your career advantage
