The salery is average no 13th bonus

Received only 2 bonuses and only 1 nominal raise throughout my tenure. Rising cost of living and caregiving has far exceeded my salary, putting me into debt. It's getting to be too expensive to remain with the organization. Putting in extra work, taking on extra projects, then asking for a higher when successful doesn't equate to a change in pay structure.

Pay is very low to industry standards and no cost of living pay raise to be seen. And was promised raises and bonuses when hired instead of more money like asked for and only 1 pay raise in almost five years even with more duties being added on. Additionally 3 days in office with such low pay does not feel right.

Poor leadership for some of the team leads. -Micromanagement -Favouritism -Avoid hard conversations -Lack of open communication -Putting emotions at work -Nitpicking even if you did your work right -Lack of responsibilities and confidence -Lack of directions and always seek help from experienced engineer.
