      - all weather franchise, so a relatively stable company

      Cons

      - heavily depends on technology, but lack of motivation to do it right (because good enough is good enough cheap) - put unnecessary stress and frustration on people which is contra productive many times - easy to loose your motivation if your manager is only a 'proxy'

      Roles and responsibilites are not clearly defined Extremly hard to drive serious changes Among the many PoC-s hardly anythign is getting productionized

      A bit of a cog in the macine feeling, can be either under or over organized depending on which team are you on. Really hard to advance your career there
