      Pros

      Snacks, ping pong table, beautiful new office, opportunity for Salesforce training, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The feeling of MST being an extended family began to disappear last year. As of late there’s a lot of turnover, which has been stressful since not many people seem willing to take on more work. Top heavy, unsure why bosses continue to be hired.

      Pros

      MST had given me ample opportunity to grow in the career ladder irrespective of the vertical I work in. And you always get to learn new things along the way that will take you to greater heights. We work as a family at MST and that what MST believes in as the culture of the company. Its been 4 years now since I had joined this family and I have never experienced such a job satisfaction and feeling proud of what I am today.

      Pros

      MST is a Cloud service solution provider which was started before 3 years. From the initial stage, the company's growth is very rapid. Also, the company's culture is great and everyone I worked with was good. The employee benefits are much more like respect & support from top management, salary on-time, fixed pay, work-life balancing, career growth, onsite opportunities(long term as well as short term), team support.

      Improvements are needed in infrastructure.
