MYP is always advertising new roles, not because of company growth but because of incredibly poor staff retention. People resign every week and most new staff choose to quit in the first few months. Take a look at how aggressive their responses on Glassdoor can be. They've also managed to remove Google reviews from upset staff. Team leaders and the new CEO are great but the issue lies with the Co-founders. There is no HR department, because one of the co-founders is overly involved in every aspect of the business. Staff are scared of voicing their opinions because of the bullying that comes from upper management. They are a tech company that is so behind other companies. Depressing offices they claim are "modern". Expectations to work long hours for below-average pay. Constant passive aggressive emails from one of the co-founders. No work from home or hours flexibility until you pass 6 month probation, and even then you only get one day if you're lucky. Their salaries are also inclusive of super. Which is not standard in 2021. It's how they manage to pay staff so low. You're tricked to believe you get more than what you are. It's not worth ruining your mental health and work life balance for Myp. Let everyone do their jobs. The co-founders need to step back before you lose all staff. It's incredibly unprofessional to have the co-founder overseeing staff employment and issues in the way that they are. Majority of staff quit because of poor upper management.
