      Great people; kind empathetic and helpful. Great Projects Always learning something new Flexible working locations

      Cons

      Salaries could be higher. In my experience, that's the only con - living in London requires a much higher base salary. It should be in line with US salaries, which are higher.

      I have met some great and accomplished people in this organisation who are open to sharing their experiences.

      Cons

      Working hours are not the typical 9 am to 5 pm, standard hours are 9 am to 6 pm and meeting times tend to run over due to clients based in other geographical areas.
