(2) In product company, bonus is tied to product sale performance. It's that way everywhere. Our fixed salary is never tied to product sale.
(3) Machinesense is a big name in IoT right now- it has been recognized among top 10 IoT start up by Microsoft, Siemens (gold partner) and L&T( with global GTM)
(4) Latest product by Machinesense is Feverwarn for mass fever screening in public place, office and factory. The product is being sold in thousands and licensed all over the world. If someone write latest project of Machinesense doesnt make any sense, clearly the review has been written with a lot of grudge.
(5) Lack of mentorship is also false. Senior architects of Machinesense work from Boston, Dallas and Kansas. They are all 20 year+ experience. Team in Kolkata can always go to them to review and learn.
As I responded earlier- Machinesense is for talented and top people. We also pay top salary. Obviously sometimes, if ordinary job seekers join Machinesense, they are going to hate the company. Because it is a company that creates disruptive innovative products for public safety and machines. That's why when other companies contracted during Covid-19, we have soared sky high with new product release in record time
