People here are nice and willing to share knowledge and experience. Good working environment. You can expect learn a lot of technical know how from your work and colleague.
Cons
Although you can learn a lot if you wish, the work load and pay are not balanced. Especially in recent 1 year after engaged by investor. Do treasure your time to learn but be aware of your market value.
