      Avoid, just don't do it. If you love working in toxic chaotic environments. Then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      -Free lunch sometimes. -Some of the people are ok.

      Cons

      -Some really toxic individuals. -Very little room for career advancement. I was never spoken to about my career in my 3 years. Seems to be based on who you know really. They have always occurred randomly. -Salary is low compared to market. -Do not understand testing at all. No common approach / strategy across teams. Most testers seem to be embedded/isolsted on team with Devs calling all the shots.
