      Pros

      The only pro to working here is a few awesome co-workers and the residents.

      Cons

      We’re basically babysitters. Benefits are horrendous. Corporate cares nothing about employees. Turnover rate is trough the roof. Pay is low. Workload is insane and they add more and more daily. They have zero appreciation for you.

      Informal working environment, sufficient patient care, flexible schedule, non-profit status, some compassionate staff members,

      Cons

      Hires anyone off the street (some being criminals), short-staffed, below average wages, virtually no benefits (health insurance, PTO, retirement, etc), discriminatory, lack of technology, dilapidated buildings, lack of continued training, lack of education of management staff, management expects employees to have no personal/social life, constant text messages by management even on days off/weekends/holidays
