      Pros

      Great company to work for, very dynamic work environment, there is always something new and exciting happening. Leadership is very approachable and open to listen to feedback. A lot of opportunity to grow. Very flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      There is lots of experimentation, trial and error. The workload can be a tad overwhelming from time to time but there is a lot of flexibility to make up for it.
