This is the worst company I have ever worked from in my entire career! It starts from the Top Management. The CIO is absolutely crazy! She yells and screams at her subordinates. Hr does nothing about it! She and her direct reports are unqualified for their positions. For three years in a row we can not even pass a successful Disaster Recovery! The CIO is so stupid she decided to move to another manage service company instead of working on consolidating the systems. She has absolutely no business sense! And three years in a row no bonus only to the executives. The IT dept is an afterthought with the executives.

A merger is taking place. CEO gets $8.3 million. Employees nothing. 9 years without full bonus. Only two years with 50% bonus. Executives get promoted, big bonuses and nobody cares about the people.
