      Pros

      Coworkers all seemed very nice, working from home was convenient.

      Cons

      Logging in remotely was quite laggy at times and I always kinda felt like I was being watched (the boss even "joked" about how he could watch me whenever he wanted during onboarding).

      All residential work. No office culture. Limited Training. The industry is getting outsourced and automated.
