      - The people around you are truly wonderful. Very talented and friendly colleagues! - Good opportunities for growth - Flexible remote work opportunities (for some) - Some employees thrive in this environment and can honestly say that this is a great place to work

      Cons

      - Unethical terminations of employment (this is continuous, the turnover is crazy) - No exit discussion opportunities (or if yes, it's with your own manager who might not report higher up if their conduct has been faulty) - Very junior Team Managers (they are very inexperienced and don't have enough tools to support their team) - A lot of employees are scared of their own employment continuation - Below-average salaries
