      Rewarding work with diverse team but limited autonomy at country level

      Pros

      Direct contact with various NGO's and USAID, as well as government. Facilitating learning programs for this group was incredibly rewarding and important. The Mozambique team was diverse and wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      There was less flexibility in terms of remote work for the country offices as opposed to HQ. Minimum autonomy in terms of how the local offices managed themselves.
