Pros
The relationships with my coworkers was easily the best part of this job, wouldn't have gotten through 3 years without them. If you had open availability, there were most likely opportunities to be promoted, as I was. The discounts were also great, and that's about it.
Cons
This company is completely disorganized. My district manager was barely ever in contact with our store, there were miscommunications about the promotions going on, and overall as a management team, we were faced with unrealistic expectations that "needed" to be fulfilled by a certain time. I was a sales associate being paid minimum wage, and was only promoted when all the managers quit. The company itself was better off before it got sold out, even the loyal customers notice the differences.
