1. Management is full of clowns. i am not biased here, literally clowns! They have employed some ex army personal at CEO levels don't know whatever the reasons are. Those clowns are the worst kind you will ever face in a tech company.
2. Salary is tinier than your "bichi".
3. You are one man army. If disaster happens no one to rescue you. You are a damsel in distress and pray that god will come to your rescue.
4. Worst business decisions you will ever see taken by management.
5. I have only 2.5 yrs of working experience and currently working as an Assistant Manager. Don't ask me how! only management knows.
5. Oh boy! don't get exited that your salary will rise proportion to your designation. Forget about pay rise. One day you might become DGM but still you get the salary of a junior engineer.
