Pros

The company is no longer what it was before. After the hypergrowth and the stress that it has caused for who it was inside, it is in a phase of cuts, where everything is stopped and there is no possibility of growth for either old or new employees. A somewhat arbitrary change to the collective agreement has been made that has cut the bonuses of all department. The galloping inflation in Europe has not been compensated with any increase in salary and the first layoffs are being seen. What a pity

Cons

Working non-stop and see nothing recognized. See how, if you are not French, you have even less chances than the others

Pros

ManoMano has managed to hire understanding, intelligent and friendly people. Other advantages: - Ticket Resto - Vacation bonus - Vacation days - Leeto - Trainings - Strong culture

Cons

- Too many, complicated processes - No agility (e.g. processes are not adapted to the specific platform) - Product decisions are not well researched, some stakeholders are overlooked - Non-natives work in positions where native knowledge is required - Increasingly strong hierarchies, it is no longer possible to contribute one's opinion - No appreciation, unless you come from a Grande Ecole - No possibility to develop professionally, unless you come from a Grande Ecole (motivation & skills etc. are completely overlooked) - Little responsibility - The official company language is English, yet many people speak no or very poor English - Below average salary
