Pros

The only pro is you will be Over-worked in the name of work experience

Cons

1. Over-Worked employees 2. Management doesn't know what it's doing 3. The Goal of the company is for the employees to work extra hours to make up for the loss in productivity due to poor management 4. Employees are forced to add false reviews on this platform to cover-up the reality of the hazardous work environment. 5 It's not uncommon for Developers to work 4-6 hours extra a day 6. UpperManagment seems blind to the fact that employees are Human beings 7. You will never be treated as a Team-Member but will be seen as a Slave Labour who has to work to make the master happy! 8. The salary package is nothing compared to the work employees put in! 9. Management believes that employees need to work like machines and put in no effort to make the work environment humane! 10. Company is run essentially by a small circle of people selected on basic of nepotism and who kisses the best behind, this small circle is blind to problems of other employees 11. Almost no-one has left the company on happy terms, with many employees quitting as the culture here had started affecting their life and health! 12. The Office- politics here is non-existent because the owner and his circle decide everything and everyone else has to get in line with it

Pros

None Not even a single point I can describe in this section. Yes, if you're a boot licker then it will be like your honeymoon period over there. You can get some benefits if you're a person that does not want to learn anything in life, and buttering people in the management is your only goal in any job.

Cons

- Poor Management - Treat employees like slaves - You get a good feel of working in a shop. - Mid Management is so pathetic that they think, the employees are made to be tortured. - No learning at all - They put a solution engineer the RM of the sales department. And whenever we asked her for help, the only reply was, I'm not from a Sales background, and you have to handle it on your own. - They used to copy-paste strategies, emails, plans from different companies, and used to implement in the process. And mostly the failed ones. - Owner doesn't trust anybody but he likes to have those people around him who are perfect in bootlicking. - CEO used to say, there is no policy, no rules, I'm the only one here. - CEO doesn't have basic etiquettes to deal with clients/ employees/ ladies/girls/office boy. For him, we all were just slaves. - No responsibility or emotions for employees whether you have a family problem, need urgent leave, need help etc. You can't even take short naps to get refreshed for the next tasks. -You can discuss or talk on the office premises, he will give you 1-2 chances and after that, he will change your seat. - He used to take the help of HR to do the dictatorship in the office premises. - You can never get relieved from the job without paying them. Sometimes, they ask for 5k-10K.

Well we are 6 years old organization and are trying our best to provide best working culture to our Manras Family. We never entertain buttering and bootlicking because we believe in equal treatment and opportunities irrespective of gender, position, work tenure and location. 2. We believe our employees are our strength and not slaves. We have employee-oriented policies and always open for feedbacks which help us to improve our policies and create more employee friendly working culture. 3. We have strong performance feedback process which set up on quarterly basis as well as yearly basis. Same is applicable on appraisals as well. We have cleared policies, in terms of work, interest, performances and appraisals and getting growth accordingly. We are open for suggestions and healthy conservation and bootlicking cannot and never help in sustainable growth and success in businesses. 4. We have quarterly Reward and Recognition policy, where we recognized our resources’ hard work and dedication. 5. We are gender diversified company and have equal number of strength of female and male and treat them equally and respectfully. 6. Our CEO of the company Mr. Saurabh Gupta has started this company alone 6 years back and now we have a family of 60 talented resources with no gender/position/salary biasness. He always gives priority and respect to his people who associated with Manras irrespective of gender, position and work tenure. He behaves professionally with all employees. This 6 years successful business would not possible if he has unprofessional, rude and bad approach towards his business, clients and associates. 7. We have been working successfully on 100+ projects with a team of 60 talented resources and having numbers of opportunities to work on single platforms and experiences different challenges to utilized and enhanced their skills. We are gold partner with Salesforce for last two years and it is not possible if we are giving opportunities to bootlickers, as we believe it is not possible without our talented and hardworking team. 8. As we are young in market and still growing in our business. We have made mistakes, still doing and will do in future too. But again, we cannot learn without doing mistakes. Am I Right? We are still working on good policies and make changes time to time as per the scenarios and learning from them and coming out something best as per our knowledge and experiences. 9. We have proper exit policy which both employee and employer has to follow. In case they are not following it and harming business then employee should be ready to face repercussions and pay the penalty. 10. Most of the HR policies are statutory norms and which has to be followed by every employer. perhaps with minors changes as per their business requirements and we are following the same too. 11. We have fully framed leave policy and people are taking approved or unapproved leaves and we never refuses anyone to take leaves as we understand their priorities and urgencies behind their urgent leaves. However, employer must raise question if employee is taking frequent leaves and not giving any valid reason of their unapproved leaves. It won’t be tolerated by any company. 12. As we mentioned above, we believe in employee oriented culture and never stop anyone to talk or discuss anything on floor or work premises until it affects work or disturb other employees. 13. Every employer is governed by centric policies and HR is the person who supposes to implement and take care about the policies and functions. If HR is dedicatedly doing his/her duties to maintain the decorum and you cannot find him/her rude or dictator. We hope, our points are fair enough and make sense.
