1. No management. 2. No rules or policies. 3. Rules changes for every employee based on how to harass him. 4. No professionalism at all. 5. All decisions are taken by CEO, even how to work and behave at client's location, no matter on what position your are hired for. 6. High mental harassment. 7. They trap you with a longer notice period. 8. Humble request to candidates NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY, IT WILL SPOIL YOUR FUTURE AND LIFE.

- They hire from india only(and offer them the lowest salary)no local or any other country employees are there. - They offer lowest salary to their candidates and cheat them by saying that offered salary is affordable in KL which is a Big Lie. - On being asked about company strength they will tell 30-35. But when you join only 4-5 people including their HR. In office you will just see 1 HR and rest 2-3 people are at client place. - 1 man army company, CEO does everything hiring, interviewing, sales and even testing. - Policies are different for every employee even in 4 people company. - They will say , they are offering permanent position but that's the great Lie because if they are not having project even after 4 months of joining they will ask you to go. - Micromanagement at it's worst - No employee stays there for long , everyone waits for their contract to get complete - Positive comments are written by 1 single person, you can figure it out easily after reading - it's not the end of list of cons still many are there
