      Great work-life balance, driven, and experienced CEOs. Cares about their employees, their growth, and listens. Great organization and a very team-based approach.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment. This can be good and bad. A bit flat on the manager/direct organization.

      Lots of learning opportunities - professional and technical Clarity and transparency across company Intellectual freedom in projects and openness to new ideas

      Cons

      No clear metrics for promotions or what responsibilities are across different titles Besides extra vacation days, there doesn't seem to be much incentive or additional benefits for more senior members who have been very loyal to the company
