Pros

Hardly any I would say, worst company I ever worked for. If you are a good programmer you will surely find better place than this. I have denied a lot of good opportunities while working/joining them, because I cared for the product I was building. I wish I had not. Engineers are treated similar to sales people ( just no incentives/commissions)

Cons

- You will see some red flags even before joining this company, don't ignore those, things get worse as the time passes. - Don't believe in any verbal promises they make. They Lie all the time and try to get away with it by saying miscommunication might have happened. - They just need yes man or slave kind of people who can work more than 10 hours a day without questioning product/tech decisions. - Tech is way too weak. Always trying to do patchy work. - CTO is a joke and ironically that is the most technical guy they have. Only plays dirty politics instead of empowering his engineers. - Work pressure in unbearable. Looks like they just want to hire good engineers, only to paralyse them while working. Once you loose your health you are not a good fit for them, be prepared to leave or they will fire you while you are doing overtime and sacrificing your health for them. - Expect you to work overtime and weekend but don't want to compensate it in any way. Ideology is to take everything from the employee and don't give back anything. - Expected me to use my personal laptop worth $2k for office as a charity. Later they gave me the Cheapest Macbook Air for running IOS and Android emulators. - Always create a sense of urgency so you will feel guilty to take time off. - Daily stand-ups are not to help you, they are there to just micromanage you. If you are a smart worker, you will have hard time justifying your work. - Only 0.83 leaves per month - Yes it's true, it's not even a whole number. - They believe any engineer can be replaced within 3 - 4 months. way to go. - Even service based companies have better culture than this. - Company doesn't have enough money to retain skilled people, they just bluff they have. - No employee promotions done throughout the year. - Very little raise compared to how much you work.

We apologize for the bad experiences you had. We certainly have gone through a lot of soul-searching with our engineering team, and we're confident that we are now under very strong and able leadership. It is our hope you would have a 180-degree different experience if you were to work here again. Benefits have been bolstered to include unlimited time off, full medical/dental/vision, as well as extremely flexible WFH. We pride ourselves on our people.

Pros

Salary on time. Can't think of anything else

Cons

Cons list is endless. Work life balance is out of the window quickly. Even after working long hours they are never satisfied with what you do. Expect you to work over weekends as well as past office hours (almost all the time) Company is run by a bunch of millennials who haven't worked at any good firm to know how to set good culture. Micro Managing each and every day (multiple times) Blame people who are lower in hierarchy even if the problem is at top layer. You might feel they are paying good until you join and see how you have to work everyday. Always in the fire fighting mode, with no proper planning. I can go on an on, but I have better things to do with my time.

Pros

Not any I would say. These people are more interested in their own benefits and proving others down.

Cons

These people know how to cheat. Better not give interviews or apply for one.

Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time here at MMC. We don't wish this upon anyone at our company. I'm sure if you were to come back you'd find it different now.
