      Pros

      Friendly and helpful team. Easy to adapt. Many bright plans for the students. Updated facilities. New set of additional courses. Endless career growth potential.

      Cons

      One of the lowest salary in an Education industry. (Top 10 school 2014 to present) HMO has limited benefits. Less than 800 pesos increase a year. No assured plans for the employees. They will let you resign rather than aligning with a counter offer.

      Pros

      · Flexible schedule, only a maximum of 4 days a week. Fridays are off 95% of the time unless there are department or school wide events. • Base rate is pretty good relative to most private schools. Research honorariums and extra summer roles are also quite lucrative. • Coordinators (at least the ones from my department and cluster) are patient and allows people to make mistakes as they grow.

      Cons

      • Promotion to regular status takes 3 years. • When promoted, there is not a good enough raise to your basic salary. The benefits are also quite weak, HMO is almost just for formality with how little it can cover for you.
