      Pros

      None that outweigh the cons - the only thing I can think of is my team I worked with, who now all no longer work there!!

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - No flexibility in how or when you work, will change work from home days etc. - Promise all these amazing things but never deliver - Aren't shy to fire people on the basis of nothing - I was lucky enough to leave myself - Harp on about mindfulness, gratitude, mental health but tell everyone in the company, that a person who leaves is depressed - Hide things from employees - Boys club massively - Promise amazing OTE but they are the worst in the market, threshold is a joke and base salary is un-livable

      Honestly such a micromanaging group. Very cliquey, felt on edge and judged every single day. Regret even applying honestly. Management dont listen to you. TERRIBLE onboarding process, barely any training. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU WANT TO FEEL BAD ABOUT YOURSELF EVERY SINGLE DAY
