      Markit is growing fast, it's innovative and is strongly based on the values of kindness, transparency, fairness, having the goal of making this world a better placeFast growing but still a relatively small company, no strong hierarchies, very results oriented .

      Pros

      Markit is an amazing company truly based on values. Respect for all Markiteers and sincere drive to help our clients and the whole environment while bringing transparency and efficiency to the IT channel makes Markit a true market leader, growing double digit every single year.

      Cons

      None from my standpoint. It might not be a nice fit for someone looking for an internal ladder to climb. Markit internal hierarchy is quite flat and everyone's professional growth is based on her and her team results.
