Pros

- Can't beat the culture and environment (fun, inspiring, energetic) - Incredible opportunities to grow (certifications, projects, ability to voice ideas and new concepts) - No drama (employees are all dedicated to working in the "collaborative way") - Fun activities outside of work - Great tools to be successful - Impeccable onboarding process and training/development - Opportunity to work with the best of the best- everyone who works here is extremely good at what they do and love sharing their success to make you successful - Good base pay and bonus structure - Work-life balance

Cons

Understanding what everyone does at Marshberry can be confusing at first. It takes a couple of months to really understand everyone's roles, titles, and how they impact the company.

Pros

There is TONS of opportunity! The Industry and Company are growing. Always new hires and promotions.

Cons

Compensation Structure is unclear. Promotional Plans can be unclear, even though there is opportunity, it is hard to pinpoint how to move up.

Pros

Truly great people. Excellent company culture for the insurance industry. I honestly enjoyed almost every day there. Learned a lot of great skills that have benefitted me in future roles.

Cons

Lack of trust to allow people to make mistakes, grow and learn from them. Growth does not seem sustainable when the new business development team is mostly the executives and not an actual sales team. "Everyone pitches in to sell" in addition to their full time jobs is not a sustainable strategy and goes against the principles they teach the insurance agencies regarding their business development teams.
