Baseless and senseless organization. Iam here to reveiw their other sister company Martlenz which is a other disaster. There managers only know how to write emails and torture their employees. Managers are full of attitude and only employees who are good in bootlicking are promoted. They want you to work 24*7. Managers literally abuse in this company and nothing else can be expect from them as this company has managers who only have 1 year of experience.

Many. 1. Working hours will change any time. Working shift change every day. Sometimes it is 7.30pm to 4.30am, 4pm to 1am, 1pm to 10pm. Mostly time you're do night shift. 2. No learning in this company. Here only two works happened 1st- calling. When you do call you feel it is call centre. 2nd - survey link fill up work. When you fill link you feel like it data entry job. 3. If you like school then this company is good for you. Here you will treat like school students. 4. Not lunch and any snacks in company. If you do night you can't eat anything in company and in out side to company. 5. No proper tranning like how to call to people what need to ask them. Every person tell different thing and when manager ask something if you tell this person told this then manager ask you why you didn't ask me. 6. Manager have two side. First side. Why you didn't ask me questions? Second side you ask me every dump questions why? What this. Manager smoke in every 1 hour. He is alcoholic guy who is ask to employees bhai aaj pila Raha kya. Plz take it my review seriously. If you selected for company then go for 15days after that you realise. One more thing if you are a business analyst guy then here no learning for you.
