      Pros

      You won't dread coming to work. Great culture and coworkers. You get to troubleshoot many different problems and get involved with projects like migrations or office installs. You can bring your own ideas to the table. Best experience you can get!

      Cons

      Some on call work, but you get your time spent back in PTO.

      Pros

      Every single person that works here is nice and easy to get along with. There is a great atmosphere. If you need help with anything, you'll get it. The work life balance is really good.

      Cons

      Sometimes expected to take care of things after hours, but that isn't very often and can be done from home.
