Pros

- Trusted to get on with your job without micro-management - Huge sense of company culture - helped by being in an open plan office, flat hierarchy and monthly team drinks (plus the odd extras here and there!) - Official training given but there are so many tech professionals prepared to give extra training at any time

Cons

- Can be difficult timing-wise working with the US office

Free subscription TV, good salary

Cons

I would not call it a NOC, it does not function as one, more of a call centre/sweat shop. My training was inadequate, there was no support for me as a new starter or help to get up to speed. The company failed me and tried to blame me for their failure in me. In my opinion avoid this place with a very long barge pole.
