They try to reduce commision over the sale you generate by intentionally putting your sale into global commission. Discrimination between Spanish and with other culture if you are not Spanish then you won't be the priority for the company. less friendly staff, you will always feel left out long hour of work poor pay no work/life balance The company only care about meeting targets and sometimes it can be stressful for the employee

Cons

Slaverism. Long hours and small team. I remember one day when I wasn’t able to walk because my back was hurt. I stopped at the train station and cried. You feel stuck with a salary of £11k a year and have no many other chances because you are still learning English.
