Pros

Masters’ Union is unfortunately one of the most disappointing workplaces I have ever experienced. On the surface, it markets itself as a “premium business school,” but the reality behind the scenes tells a very different story. The institution is plagued by a complete lack of vision and direction. Leadership, particularly the founder Pratham Mittal, appears more interested in spending money than in actually building a sustainable or credible educational model. The school runs heavily on hype, optics, and aggressive marketing, but internally there is no clarity, no systems, and no strategy. The result? Students are increasingly dissatisfied because what is promised to them during admissions never fully materializes. Faculty are frustrated by the absence of academic seriousness and by constant mismanagement. Employees feel misled and stuck in an environment where hard work rarely translates into meaningful outcomes. Turnover across all levels is high, and morale is consistently low. It is difficult to describe this institution as anything other than a risky bet for anyone involved, whether you are a student, a faculty member, or an employee. The gap between what is sold externally and what is actually delivered internally is staggering. Without genuine leadership and a clear roadmap, the entire setup feels exploitative and unsustainable.

Cons

Advice to Prospective Employees/Students: Think very carefully before associating yourself with this place. The brand may look attractive from the outside, but once inside, you will see how hollow it is. Time, money, and effort invested here are at serious risk of being wasted.

Pros

- They are hiring all the time.

Cons

- MU is a one man show - Toxicity is rewarded - The people at the top have zero management experience - Inexperienced people hire boot-lickers, not competent staff - There is no scope for growth (professionally and financially) except for the five people at the top
