- Salary is never on-time
- Variables are not paid (so don't fall prey to the variable component on your offer)
- No work; as they lost most of the client
- Their work is mediocre; they botch up their models. Hence, clients show them the door after POCs
- CEO has money for visiting exotic foreign location, but don't have money to pay dues to their employees, rent, etc.
- CHRO does not know anything about HRM, policies, govt. regulations; hence botch up lot of things. He also do not want to learn, only pretends that he knows everything. (BTW, he is a performing arts diploma)
- Most employees have joined here as freshers and are back-holders. Not a single person in leadership has a post-graduate degree (forget about holding any management degrees).
- No innovation in their work. And if you suggest something, you have to leave.
- Arrogant CEO & CHRO (living off the investors money)
- Hurling abuses in Hindi is their forte
