I've been with Matrix for over 3 years and find it a great environment to work in. There is a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues and senior management will always have your back. The work is interesting, with no two days the same and there are huge opportunities to get involved in a diverse range of projects.

I worked with matrix for over 6 years and left due to my family relocating to another country. I found the management to have an open door policy and genuinely nice people to work with . You are part of a team and can come to the team with new ideas as they are open and enthusiastic about bringing creative ideas to the table. If you like to be micro managed on hand held then Matrix is not the right fit for you.
