They will hire anyone at all.

Pressuring elderly people to accept nurse practitioners to gain access to homes to do a health assessment in order to assign high risk factors to individuals in order to have Medicare in turn over charged the Federal Government. Many times I spoke with elderly people who had had the assessment from Matrix's nurse practitioners in the previous year that stated that the NP made up diseases and conditions that they did not have. This is fraudulent and if if proven to be the case a formal investigation should be launched by the government to shut this business down.

Our in-home assessments help people of all ages get the right care and that their health plan is paid the correct amount. If you are or were ever aware of any incident in which false information about someone’s health was even suggested, we would hope that you would alert our compliance hotline to report those concerns. Everyone at Matrix Medical Network receives training to ensure we follow all rules and regulations and that we operate with the highest level of integrity and ethics. Our business and reputation depends on our work being accurate and that the members we see are highly satisfied -- in fact, 98% of the people we visit are satisfied with our service and would recommend us to others.

Easy commute, enough parking, near freeway

Executives have made 3 acquisitions since I have been here and handled each one very badly. No one says anything good about them, just how much work it is taking and will continue to take to clean up the mess! Poor buying decisions and zero due diligence. The headquarter staff is not appreciated. Pay is under market with the promises of spot bonuses, etc. that never come. Very lifeless company that plays one department against the other. Has gone downhill steadily these past 4 years.

Cons

Only about acquisitions and can care less about employees. See 3 now and all the promises they give staff are lies. They use you up and spit you out. Do work here. They are cheap and executives only care about themselves. Everyone is looking for new jobs.
