Pros

Good staff benefits (bonuses, pension contributions, flexible working, share options)

Cons

Poisonous political culture Inept, over paid and over promoted senior management spend too much time fighting each other and playing politics to actually work together Ideas are outdated, whatever they say unless you're in the US, you will not have the opportunity to make any real impact

Used to be great but return to work makes it impossible to do the workload

Pros

Amazing brands to work on and the people are great

Cons

Return of office 4 days shows how little the company care for their employees. Despite making millions from a movie about female empowerment, this does not translate to their values where this policy takes working mothers years backwards to being penalised in the work place. The workload has significantly increased since hybrid working which was only manageable without a commute.
