Pros

GRAPH is an incredible company to work for. The work is fast-paced, and you are given a large amount of responsibility early on. The work itself is highly rewarding and you get to work closely with well-respected PE firms on some really exciting deals. Everyone works on a level playing field and the team is incredibly supportive and collaborative. Culturally it is one of the best companies I have ever worked for, and employees are really valued. We work hard but always make sure to have fun along the way.

Cons

Very few, the nature of consulting is that sometimes you can work later hours if a deal is close to deadline, but of all strategy consultancies I think GRAPH would be one of the best for managing hours and workload.

Pros

- Really interesting projects, focussed on PE / top-level strategy... not watered down by implementation/corporate "hand-holding" kind of work - Fast growth firm - lots of opportunities to learn and take on responsibility; rapid career progression (quarterly promotions) - Really great colleagues and peers - I will stay in touch with many of them for years!

Cons

- At times, that growth/agility means not same level of consistent internal processes (e.g. HR/promotion/review paper trail) as at other firms. Down to your personality whether that is significant or not.

Pros

- relatively good work-life balance (maybe only 30% working late, average leaving time 7-8pm) - fun atmosphere/vibe in London office - interesting mix of projects (sector agnostic), close working with senior partners - good range of perks (inc. virgin active gym membership, partnership with local coffee shop, monthly fun days, £2k training budget)

Cons

- inconsistent wfh patterns - limited US team project involvement (after 10 months) -
