      Great opportunities but strict policies and discipline required

      Pros

      I'm an employee since 2010. Got to send my children to a reputable university in Manila. I was able to buy a house and car for my family. All of these would not be possible if not for the opportunities given by Maxima.

      Cons

      The company is very strict. Willing to lose a transaction if these involves bribery and corruption. Does not like to deal with government / LGUs. No gifts allowed. You need to be very disciplined to succeed.
